ATTORNEY TRACY W. CARY ACHIEVES RECERTIFICATION IN CIVIL PRACTICE ADVOCACY LAW WITH THE NATIONAL BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCACY

Birmingham, Ala. – March 17, 2026 — The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) has announced that Tracy W. Cary, a personal injury attorney with Alabama Personal Injury Lawyers, LLC has successfully achieved recertification as a Civil Practice Advocate. The NBTA was established to create objective standards that illustrate an attorney’s experience and expertise in trial law. The NBTA is committed to safeguarding the public’s ability to choose a good attorney.

Approximately three percent of American lawyers hold board certification, making Mr. Cary part of a highly selective group of trial attorneys who have demonstrated their commitment to excellence through a rigorous credentialing process. NBTA board-certified attorneys must complete substantial trial experience requirements, submit judicial and peer references attesting to their competency, complete continuing legal education coursework, and demonstrate good standing with their state bar.

“I’ve spent my career fighting for people who have been hurt and need someone in their corner. Recertification through the NBTA is one way I demonstrate that commitment to the clients and communities I serve,” said Tracy W. Cary.
